It is important to consider size, location and site suitability before investing in a tree. Choosing the perfect tree for a specific area in your lawn/garden can be hard. You want to make sure you choose a species that is native to your climate and that won’t trump any other plantings you have on site. If you are looking for winter interest, fall colors, interesting fruits or bark these trees will have the needs you are searching for!
Evergreens are always a favorite choice in New England because they retain their needles year round and remain colorful! There are different choices when it comes to choosing the best look for your landscape. Evergreens are diverse in color, size and shape.

A forest tree provides its own mulch with several inches of leaves on the ground. We can do this at home by laying down 3-4 inches of high quality mulch! Don't use plastic beneath the mulch because water or air can't penetrate it, instead use Fabric- weed-block! Be sure to add great soil (such as our 100% Organic Compost and Soil blends) to insure proper growth and nutrients.
